    Many people think that they can’t get a mortgage if they have a CCJ. In reality, it depends on the number of CCJ’s, amount, date registered and satisfied or not. For example, there is a lender who ignores a CCJ if registered more than 24 months ago and another lender who accepts 1 CCJ registered within 24 months ago based on the CCJ amount.
